“My travel trailer along with a dozen others where broken into at this place due to the gate magically being left open for weeks and I had $1,200 worth of things stolen. Many other people lost much more than me. Staff tells me they have no access to the security cam footage.. And they just tell me to make an insurance claim. Pathetic! And as of right now 12/20/25 I have drove by many times today and the gate is WIDE OPEN with a sign on the key pad saying Gate broken. So they have no care in the world if your shit gets stolen! When it happens again they will say the same thing that they are not liable and to file a claim with your insurance. Marry Christmas from storage star!!!.”
