“We got into this storage on a promo rate and it strayed that rate for a YEAR!!! We never expected to be having a storage this long but I'm thankful it stayed lower for as long as it did. We're at the Middleton branch in Nampa. Shelli has ALWAYS been VERY HELPFUL with helping me deal with issues I have had over the last few years. Usually pertaining to my payment. If I'm going to be late i just call her and let her know so the system doesn't keep trying to auto charge my card. We have a Bluetooth unit. And never have had any issues with that the entire 3+ years we have had our things stored here. I recommend getting online to find the best rates possible. We got into a 20×25 for just $80/month. And like I said before, that price never changed for 1 whole year. So it is worth it..”
