“Update: I am revising my rating from 5 stars to 3 stars because when I call this facility the only option I have is to talk to an AI robot who can't even have someone from the facility call me back. Very frustrating to call a local phone number and have a computer tell me that if I want to talk to someone at the Mead location and give me the same number I just called. I rented a 10x20 unit and it's great. They have Bluetooth gate access so getting in and out is easy. The location is great too, easy to get to..”
